EURIE Poster Sessions are impactful information sessions to showcase your organization’s signature international education programs, projects and services.

At EURIE 2025, posters will be available to view throughout the conference. During a dedicated poster session time block in the conference schedule, presenters will be available by their posters to interact with the interested attendees. Attendees can use this one-on-one time with presenters to learn more, ask questions, and talk through implications for their own campuses.

Technical Specifications:

1- Poster presenters should display their programs, services or projects in a visually compelling and informative way. Use minimal text, clear, concise language and visually engaging graphs or images. Your poster should effectively summarize your program, service or project, highlighting key points and conclusions.

2- Size: A1. Portrait Orientation

3- EURIE organizer will provide the poster board which will be in Portrait format.

4- Each presenter must bring his/her poster printed on paper to the conference.

5- Each poster should include a title in large fonts, the author, organization name and website at the top of the poster.
